Why "Team Libertas"?

Team” reflects how meaningful work gets done - by good people who are organized, supported, and led well. From our team to your team, the focus is on helping people be their best and do their best work, together.

Libertas” is Latin for liberty, or freedom. Our liberty is endowed by our Creator, and it is not something meant to sit in passive words - it is something to be lived out with strength and courage.

The name “Team Libertas” also reflects a deeper truth - that true freedom is found in Jesus Christ. That foundation shapes how we approach our work, how we treat people, and the standard we hold ourselves to.

“Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” (2 Cor 3:17)

“If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.” (John 8:36)
