What you receive:
An editable Microsoft Word (.docx) program with six supporting forms and implementation tools:

- Contractor Hazard Communication Form
- Annual Program Review Form
The program can be customized to reflect your organization's chemical products, workplace operations, employee responsibilities, labeling systems, and existing safety procedures.
Designed for:
Employers whose employees may be exposed to hazardous chemicals during normal operations or reasonably foreseeable emergencies, including manufacturing, construction, maintenance, warehousing, healthcare, laboratories, and other workplaces where hazardous chemicals are used or stored.
Important:
This program is based primarily on OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200.
The purchasing organization is responsible for reviewing and customizing the program to address its actual chemical hazards, applicable federal and state requirements, and workplace-specific procedures. A written program alone does not satisfy all Hazard Communication obligations. Appropriate chemical inventories, SDSs, labeling, employee training, and implementation are also necessary.
Licensing:
Purchase includes a license for internal use by the purchasing organization. Editing, customization, and internal distribution are permitted. Redistribution, resale, or sharing outside the purchasing organization is prohibited.
